Artist's Studio Space

​We have a small artist's studio space for rental at Hope Press.​

 Adjacent to the main Hope Press studio in Bollington, near Macclesfield, we have a small studio / office space to let.

 

The space is currently tenanted, but we are expecting it to be available from Autumn 2025. £130 per month.

Ideally we’re looking for a fellow printmaker and/or someone with a chronic health condition (in line with the Hope Press mission).

The space is 3.1m x 1.9m (~65foot square). It is lovely and light, with its own large west facing window.

It is on the ground floor of Adelphi Mill in Bollington and has good access for a wheelchair.

It is currently unpartitioned, but a partition with door/windows can be arranged to suit you.

It is well lit and has plenty of plug sockets. Electricity is included, although you require a heater, it will be need to be metered and paid for (we have a mini-meter).

In addition to this space you’ll also get 30 square foot of storage space in the loft above the studio and access to the shared kitchen.

If you want access to our printmaking facilities you will get a 50% discount on Hope Press membership and open access costs (Normally £50 a year / £12.50 a session).

It’s really important we find a studio mate who’s a good fit for the project so we would like to meet any prospective artists.
